   Booking and Cancellation Policies  

I offer a in home setting So I ask that your pet/s be bathed prior to bringing them here.

 If you would like me to bathe then please advise this at the time of booking. Please see our rates page for bathing cost.

If you pet has any specials needs while being boarded please tell me at the time of booking.

I will send you a preboarding information sheet for you to complete with your contact information and your pets health history

If you live locally we ask that you make an appointment for a meet and greet with your pet/s

Payment is due in full at the time of booking

 

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel I make every attempt to rebook your booking time ( we usually have a wait list for cancellations in the summer months and holiday seasons )

I only take a few pets at a time so my service is in high demand.

If  I am able to rebook your time then you received a full refund minus a $20.00 administration fee.

If your booking time can not be rebooked your payment is then forfeited in full

 

Admisson:

I  reserve the right to prohibit admitting  pets displaying signs of untreated or potentially contagious health conditions, and / or aggressive behavior.

 

 

Pick Up & Drop Off Time's

My drop off time is between 10:00am - 2:00pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

My pickup time is between 10:00am - 2:00 pm - 4:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday

Pick up and drop off  Weekends 11:00am  - 4:00pm

No pick up or drop off on Christmas eve, Christmas day, Boxing day,  New Years day, Easter Sunday

These times '' usually ''  are not flexible.
